Welcome to slo12. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") govern your access to and use of the slo12 online gaming platform, available at slo12.games, including all associated games, betting products, promotional offers, customer support services, and any other features made available by slo12 from time to time (collectively, the "Platform").

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and slo12 ("slo12", "we", "us", "our"). By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or placing any wager or bet through slo12, you confirm that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you unconditionally agree to be bound by them.

These Terms should be read together with slo12's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and slo12. In the event of any conflict between documents, these Terms shall take precedence unless explicitly stated otherwise.

To register and maintain an active account on slo12, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. slo12 is strictly prohibited for use by individuals under the age of 21.
• You must be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gaming is not explicitly prohibited under applicable local law. It is your sole responsibility to verify that your use of slo12 complies with the laws of your jurisdiction.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of slo12, nor an immediate family member or household member of such a person.
• You must not be listed on any self-exclusion register, whether maintained by slo12 or any other recognised gaming authority.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.
• You must not be accessing the Platform using a VPN, proxy, or any other technology designed to circumvent geographic restrictions where such restrictions apply.

To access the full range of slo12 products and services, you must create a registered account by completing the slo12 registration process. During registration you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and contact details.

You agree to promptly update your account information if any details change. slo12 is not liable for any loss arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

• One Account Policy: Each individual may register only one account on slo12. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same or different names — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
• Account Credentials: You are solely responsible for all activity conducted under your slo12 account. You must not share your login credentials with any third party or allow any other person to access your account.
• KYC Requirements: slo12 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) programme in accordance with its licensing obligations. You may be required to submit identity documents — such as a CNIC, passport, or utility bill — before withdrawals are processed or at any other time deemed necessary by slo12's compliance team.
• Account Security: You must notify slo12 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account. slo12 recommends enabling two-factor authentication on all accounts.

slo12 processes all financial transactions in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Deposits and withdrawals are facilitated through the following supported payment channels: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank. slo12 reserves the right to add, modify, or remove supported payment methods at any time.

• All deposits and withdrawals must be made using payment methods that are registered in your own legal name. Third-party deposits and withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
• Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply and are displayed within your slo12 account dashboard at the time of transaction.
• Deposits are generally credited to your slo12 account balance in real time or within a short processing window, subject to the payment provider's own processing times.
• Withdrawal requests are subject to completion of any applicable KYC verification and satisfaction of all applicable wagering requirements. slo12 aims to process withdrawal requests within a reasonable timeframe; however, processing times may vary depending on your chosen payment method and compliance requirements.
• slo12 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks before processing any withdrawal, including requesting supporting documentation. Withdrawals may be withheld if slo12 reasonably suspects fraud, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms.
• Any winnings derived from wagers placed using bonus funds are subject to the bonus wagering requirements set out in Section 5 before withdrawal is permitted.

slo12 offers various bonuses, promotions, and incentive programmes to registered players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms which will be communicated at the time the bonus is offered, including the applicable wagering requirement, validity period, minimum qualifying deposit (where applicable), and any game restrictions.

• Bonuses must be opted into in accordance with the specific promotional instructions. slo12 is not obligated to award any bonus not explicitly claimed in the correct manner.
• Wagering requirements must be met in full before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each bonus is stated in the individual promotional terms.
• slo12 reserves the right to void any bonus and any associated winnings where slo12 reasonably determines that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: use of multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, low-risk or hedging wagering strategies designed to circumvent wagering requirements, or collusion with other players.
• Bonuses are valid for the period stated in the individual promotional terms. Expired bonus funds and any associated winnings will be forfeited automatically.
• slo12 reserves the right to alter, withdraw, or cancel any promotion at any time. Changes will be communicated through the slo12 Platform where possible.

slo12 is committed to providing a fair, transparent, and enjoyable gaming environment for all Pakistani players. All games available on the slo12 Platform operate in accordance with their respective game rules, which are accessible within each game interface.

• All slot games, live casino games, and applicable speciality games on slo12 use a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) to determine game outcomes. Our RNG systems are independently tested and certified by recognised third-party auditing bodies.
• In the event of a technical failure, disconnection, or system error during gameplay, slo12 will use reasonable efforts to resolve the issue and restore the game to its last confirmed state. Where this is not possible, slo12's decision regarding the settlement of any affected wager shall be final.
• slo12 reserves the right to void any bet or wager that has been placed or settled in error, including as a result of a software malfunction, odds error, or system fault. Bets placed on clearly erroneous odds will not be honoured.
• Published Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for slot games are theoretical figures calculated over a statistically significant number of game rounds. Individual session results may vary materially from the published RTP.
• For sports betting and cricket betting products, slo12's trading team reserves the right to restrict markets, limit bet sizes, or suspend betting on any event at any time and without notice.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the slo12 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all funds, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities where appropriate.

1. Registering more than one account on slo12, whether under the same or different personal details.
2. Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during the registration process or at any subsequent point.
3. Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other technology to interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human users.
4. Exploiting software bugs, vulnerabilities, or errors for financial gain. Any such exploitation must be reported immediately to slo12 support.
5. Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated play designed to gain an unfair advantage over other players or over slo12.
6. Using the slo12 Platform for any purpose connected with money laundering, fraud, terrorist financing, or any other criminal activity.
7. Charging back, reversing, or otherwise disputing legitimate transactions with your payment provider after funds have been credited to your slo12 account.
8. Accessing the Platform in jurisdictions where online gaming is expressly prohibited under applicable law, or using VPNs or proxies to circumvent geographic access restrictions.
9. Allowing any third party — including family members — to access or operate your slo12 account on your behalf.

All content on the slo12 Platform — including but not limited to the slo12 brand name, logo, website design, software, game graphics, text, audio, video, and all other materials — is the exclusive property of slo12 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the slo12 Platform without the prior written consent of slo12.

Any unauthorised use of slo12's intellectual property constitutes a breach of these Terms and may constitute an infringement of applicable intellectual property laws.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, slo12 shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of gaming opportunities resulting from Platform downtime or technical errors.

slo12's total aggregate liability to you for any direct loss arising in connection with your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you to your slo12 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

slo12 makes no warranty, express or implied, that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. slo12 shall not be liable for any loss caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to force majeure events, internet outages, or third-party payment provider failures.

slo12 collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of this Agreement. By registering an account on slo12, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

slo12 implements industry-standard technical and organisational security measures, including 256-bit SSL encryption, to protect your personal and financial data against unauthorised access, disclosure, or loss.

slo12 will not sell your personal data to third parties. Your data may be shared with regulated third-party service providers — including KYC verification providers, payment processors, and fraud prevention services — strictly for the purposes of operating the Platform and fulfilling slo12's legal and regulatory obligations.

slo12 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. We recognise that for a small number of players, gambling can become problematic. slo12 provides a range of responsible gaming tools that are available to all registered users through the account dashboard, including:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit to your slo12 account.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure notifications to alert you when you have been active on the Platform for a specified duration.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Take a temporary break from the Platform for a period of your choosing — from 24 hours to 30 days.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely close your account and prevent re-registration for a specified period. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and respected in full.
• Reality Checks: Receive regular in-session notifications showing your current session duration and net gaming activity.

You may close your slo12 account at any time by contacting slo12 support. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds and bonus-derived winnings not yet meeting wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

slo12 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to satisfy eligibility requirements, including age verification.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity.
• Engagement in any prohibited activity as set out in Section 7.
• Account inactivity for a prolonged period, subject to applicable dormant account policies.
• Regulatory or licensing requirements that necessitate account closure.

Where an account is closed by slo12 due to a material breach of these Terms, slo12 reserves the right to withhold all or part of the account balance pending investigation. Where fraud or criminal activity is confirmed, slo12 reserves the right to forfeit all balances in the account.

slo12 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, slo12 will use reasonable efforts to notify registered users via email or through a notice displayed on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the slo12 Platform after any amendment to these Terms has taken effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may close your account in accordance with Section 12.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The "Last Updated" date displayed at the top of the Terms document will be updated whenever changes are made. slo12 recommends bookmarking the Terms & Conditions page for easy reference.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which slo12 holds its gaming licence. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the slo12 Platform shall first be referred to slo12's internal dispute resolution process.

To raise a dispute, you must contact slo12 support in writing, providing full details of your complaint. slo12 will acknowledge receipt of your complaint within a reasonable timeframe and will use reasonable efforts to resolve the matter fairly and promptly.

If your complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction through the internal process, you may escalate the matter to the relevant dispute resolution body specified under slo12's gaming licence. Details of the applicable escalation route will be provided upon request.
